What shipped, and when.

Every entry is something you can use today. Roadmap items aren't on this page. They live with the features they belong to.

LATEST

One-click unsubscribe works everywhere, and every email has a real text version.

  • FIXEDMail apps such as Gmail now show their own Unsubscribe button on your marketing email, and one click takes the person off your list straight away, as the large mailbox providers require of bulk senders. Every email also carries a proper plain-text version written from your design, which mail filters look for. And a sender name with a comma in it, like “Malik, Sohail”, no longer stops a campaign from sending.

See who it's from, and send yourself a test, before you send.

  • IMPROVEDThe review step now shows the exact sender name and address the email will go out from. Send me a test delivers it to your own inbox exactly as your recipients will get it, both subject lines when you run an A/B test, without counting in your results.

Send to lists, segments and store customers, several at once.

  • NEWChoosing an audience now has three groups: Lists, Segments and Store. Tick any mix of them and everyone gets the email once. A list only sends to the people on it who can be emailed, and shows you how many that is. You can leave out lists, segments and store groups too.

Build your own segments.

  • NEWCombine tags, lists, engagement, last activity, what people replied about, what they bought and your own fields, and watch the count update as you go. Your segments work in campaigns, automations and Contacts.

One do-not-send list, with the reason for every address.

  • IMPROVEDAnyone who won't be emailed, whether they unsubscribed, bounced or you stopped them yourself, is now on the do-not-send list with the reason and the date, and their contact page says so. Lift an address there and they can be emailed again. Select contacts and choose Don't email to add them in one go.

Newsletters and no-reply senders stay out of your contacts.

  • IMPROVEDMail from automated senders still arrives in your inbox, but no longer becomes a contact. A Looks automated filter in Contacts helps you review the ones you already have.

Assign, snooze and escalate replies, and keep saved answers.

  • NEWHand a reply to a teammate, snooze it until later, or escalate it to an owner. Saved answers can prepare a draft for replies about a topic you choose; you always review and send it yourself.

Pause all sending with one switch.

  • NEWSomething went out wrong? Pause all sending in your workspace settings stops campaigns, sequences, automations and replies at once, even a campaign halfway through. Nothing is lost: everything carries on from where it stopped when you resume.

Run Email Digit from your AI assistant.

  • NEWConnected assistants can now work with contacts, lists, segments, campaigns, automations, the inbox, domains and reports, by text or by voice. Anything that sends asks you first, and anything that can't be undone stays in Email Digit. See the setup guide.

Free for 15 days, with no card.

  • NEWEvery new workspace is now free for its first 15 days, and you don't add a card. In that time you get 3,000 emails, 50 AI actions, 5 automations and 1 sending domain. After 15 days you choose a plan and your card is charged straight away; until you do, sending waits and your domain, contacts, drafts and history are kept. This replaces the 14-day trial that needed a card.

Guides: straight answers to common email questions.

  • NEWThe first nine guides at /guides, written from how the product and the protocols actually work: paying by emails sent rather than contacts, sorting replies, honest engagement, reading a DMARC report, Gmail's 550 5.7.26 bounce, and why SPF and DKIM can pass while DMARC fails.

The free tools now explain their results.

  • IMPROVEDThe domain checker, DMARC report analyser, spam score and render preview each have a plain guide and FAQs under the tool. The domain checker also now recognises Email Digit's own DKIM selectors, so domains sending through us no longer show DKIM as missing.

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial.

  • NEWPick any paid plan and try it for 14 days. A card is required, the first charge is on day 14, and you can cancel any time before then. A new Lite plan starts at $7 a month for 5,000 emails.

One legal identity, stated once.

  • IMPROVEDEmail Digit Inc. is a Wyoming corporation, and the entity, address and governing law now come from a single source, so every legal page, invoice and email footer says the same thing.

Bounces and complaints are now attributed per sender.

  • NEWWhen a complaint comes back from the sending provider, it's matched to the workspace that sent the message. If one sender's complaint rate climbs, that sender is throttled rather than everyone on the platform.

Scheduled reports.

  • NEWRevenue, engagement and campaign reports can now arrive by email on your own cadence, to verified recipients.

Revenue reporting never sums across currencies.

  • FIXEDA total that mixes dollars and rupees isn't a number. Each currency reports on its own, and both promised exports now exist.

Machine clicks no longer count.

  • FIXEDLink prefetchers and scanners were inflating engagement scores. They're now filtered out, so a score reflects a person deciding to click.

Delete your own account.

  • NEWAccount deletion is self-serve, shows you exactly what will be removed before you confirm, and refuses to run if it would orphan a workspace someone else depends on.
