Free tools

Four tools.
No account, no caps.

We built these to debug our own sending, then left them open. There is no signup, no email wall, and no monthly limit on any of them. If one tells you something is broken, it also tells you the exact record or change that fixes it.

Why they're free

Because the alternative is guessing.

Email deliverability fails quietly. Nothing bounces, no error appears, and the mail simply stops arriving — so most teams discover a problem weeks after it started. These four tools make the invisible part visible, and none of them needs to know who you are.

Questions

What you might reasonably ask.

Is there a catch?

No account, no email capture, and no cap on how often you use them. The tools read public DNS or content you paste; they don't need an identity to work, so we don't ask for one.

How is the DMARC analyzer different from the others out there?

Mostly that it isn't metered. dmarcian's free tier caps at 1,250 emails a month, EasyDMARC's covers one domain with 14-day retention, and MXToolbox's free tier has no DMARC analytics at all. Ours parses a pasted report with no signup and no cap. Those are their own published limits — check them.

Do you store what I paste?

The spam-score checker and render preview process your HTML to produce the result. The domain lookup reads public DNS. See the Privacy Policy for what is retained and for how long.

Do I need these if I use Email Digit?

Less often. Managed authentication handles the SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup these tools diagnose, and DMARC reports are read for you. The tools stay useful for domains you don't send from and for checking someone else's setup.

Found something broken?
We can manage it for you.

Email Digit runs the authentication these tools check — you publish the records once and we handle rotation and DMARC progression from there. The free plan needs no card.
