  • Brevo: Priced by emails sent, like Email Digit.
  • Brevo: The free plan sends 300 emails a day, so we count it only for lists of 300 or fewer.
  • Brevo: Brevo's page also mentions contact allowances on some plans; we did not model them.
  • MailerLite: Priced by subscribers. Power has no monthly email limit, subject to MailerLite's fair use policy.
  • Mailchimp: Priced by contacts. The free plan also caps sending at 250 a day.
  • Mailchimp: Mailchimp charges overages above a plan's send limit; we show the plan that covers your volume instead.
  • Klaviyo: Priced by active profiles, the contacts you can email.

About this comparison

How the prices are worked out

For each tool, the calculator picks the cheapest public plan whose limits cover both your contact count and your monthly email volume. Tools that charge by contacts move up a tier as your list grows, even if you send the same number of emails.

Email Digit

Email Digit charges by emails sent and never counts contacts. Plans run from 5,000 emails a month on Lite to 500,000 on Business; above that is priced per contract. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, card required.

Pricing calculator questions

Where do the prices come from?

From each company's own pricing page, read on the date shown, in US dollars with monthly billing. Each source is linked under the table. Prices change; if one is out of date, the vendor's page is the authority.

Why is another tool cheaper for my numbers?

Because it is. Free plans and low entry tiers make several tools cheaper for small lists, and Email Digit has no free plan. The gap usually reverses as a list grows, since most of these tools charge for every contact you store.

What isn't included?

Annual billing discounts, introductory offers, taxes, extra seats, add-ons, and overage charges. Where a tool bills overages instead of requiring an upgrade, we show the plan that covers your volume.

Are features the same across these plans?

No. This compares price only. Plans differ in automation, reporting, support and limits, so check the plan you land on does what you need.
