Priced by emails sent, not contacts stored
Email Digit doesn't count contacts. Keeping 2,500 quiet contacts costs nothing; you pay for the emails you send. Every plan has unlimited contacts:
- Lite$7/mo · 5,000 emails
- Starter$29/mo · 50,000 emails
- Pro$99/mo · 200,000 emails
- Business$299/mo · 500,000 emails
Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, card required. Sending to quiet contacts still uses emails, so win them back or stop mailing them. Full details on the pricing page.
Stop paying for the size of your list
Import your contacts as they are. Email Digit scores each one on clicks, replies and purchases, so you can see who has gone quiet and mail only the people who still want to hear from you.
What quiet contacts cost
Every list goes quiet over time: people change jobs, abandon addresses or simply stop reading. On a plan priced by contacts, each of them still costs its share of the bill every month.
Priced by emails sent
Email Digit doesn't count contacts at all. You pay for the emails you send, so a quiet contact costs nothing to keep. Sending to them still uses emails, so the usual advice holds: try to win them back, then stop mailing the ones who stay silent.
List decay questions
How do I know who is inactive?
Look for contacts with no click, reply or purchase in the last 90 days. Opens are a poor guide on their own: some mail apps open every message automatically, so a contact can look active without ever having read anything.
Should I delete inactive contacts?
Not straight away. Send them a short win-back email or two. Keep the ones who respond and stop mailing the rest. Mailing people who never engage tells mailbox providers your email is unwanted, which hurts delivery to everyone else.
Is the cost figure exact?
No. It spreads your bill evenly across your contacts. Real per-contact pricing moves in tiers, so removing a few hundred contacts may not change the bill until you drop below a tier boundary.
Is anything I enter stored?
No. The calculation runs in your browser. Only if you ask us to email you the result do we store your address and a one-line summary.
